What are disease and pathway tools?
They are curated collections of Assay Genie ELISA kits, antibodies, recombinant proteins and assays grouped by disease area and by signaling pathway. Rather than searching the whole catalogue, you can jump straight to the reagents most relevant to your research area — for example cancer, immunology, neuroscience or metabolism — or to a specific pathway such as ubiquitin-proteasome or oxidative phosphorylation.
Which research areas are covered?
Current disease areas include hormones and metabolism, cancer, infectious disease and vaccine research, neuroscience, immunology and inflammation, and epigenetics. Pathway collections currently cover the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway and oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS), with more added over time.
Can I browse by pathway as well as by disease?
Yes. Alongside the disease-area collections, dedicated pathway pages group antibodies, ELISA kits, proteins and activity assays for a given signaling pathway — for example ubiquitin ligases and deubiquitinases for the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, or electron-transport-chain complexes and cofactor assays for OXPHOS.
Do you offer multiplex or custom panels for these targets?
Yes. Many targets are available as GeniePlex multiplex panels measuring up to 24 analytes from a single 15 µl sample on a standard flow cytometer, and our team can develop custom panels or custom ELISA, antibody and protein reagents for targets you don't see listed.
